OutbidBubble Listing Rules

1. Permitted Listings

Listings should represent legitimate websites, products, services, projects, businesses, communities, or other lawful online destinations.

The listing must accurately represent the website or service being promoted and must not intentionally mislead visitors.

2. Prohibited Listings

OutbidBubble does not permit listings that promote, facilitate, or contain:

• Illegal goods, services, or activities
• Fraud, scams, phishing, or deceptive schemes
• Malware, viruses, malicious software, or harmful code
• Gambling, betting, lotteries, or games of chance
• Adult or sexually explicit content
• Illegal drugs or controlled substances
• Weapons or unlawful weapon-related services
• Pirated, stolen, or copyright-infringing content
• Hacking, credential theft, or unauthorized access
• Services designed to facilitate financial fraud or money laundering
• Fake reviews, fake followers, fake engagement, or manipulation services
• Deceptive investment or financial schemes
• Content that impersonates another person, company, or organization
• Hate, extremist, or content promoting violence against individuals or groups
• Content that violates another person's privacy or rights
• Spam, malicious redirects, or deceptive advertising
• Content that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Any product, service, or activity prohibited by our payment provider or payment-network requirements

We may also reject listings that we determine are inappropriate for the platform even if they are not specifically described in the examples above.

3. Website Ownership and Accuracy

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the right to promote the submitted website, product, or service.

You must not submit a URL for the purpose of impersonating another business, person, brand, or organization.

Information provided with a listing should be accurate and should not intentionally misrepresent what the promoted website offers.

4. Listing Review and Removal

Submitting a listing does not guarantee that it will remain available on OutbidBubble.

OutbidBubble reserves the right to reject, suspend, modify, or remove any listing that:

• Violates these rules
• Violates our Terms of Service
• Creates a security or legal risk
• Is reported or identified as potentially harmful
• Violates requirements imposed by our payment providers
• Becomes non-compliant after being listed

We may take action without prior notice when necessary to protect users, the platform, or our payment relationships.

5. No Guaranteed Traffic or Performance

Purchasing promotional placement provides visibility on OutbidBubble. It does not guarantee:

• A specific number of visitors
• Clicks
• Leads
• Sales
• Conversions
• Search-engine rankings
• Social-media exposure
• Any particular business result

The promotional placement is the product being purchased.

6. Reporting Violations

If you believe a listing violates these rules, email support@outbidbubble.lol with the listing URL and a description of the issue.

We may review reported listings and take appropriate action, including removing or suspending the listing.

7. Changes to These Rules

We may update these rules from time to time as the platform develops or as legal, security, payment-provider, or regulatory requirements change.

Continued use of OutbidBubble after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated rules.
